董事會與學校行政管理
School Board & Administration

本校所有的幹部均是由家長志願義務擔任，學校所有的開支均是依靠學費及捐款來維持。
This school is a is non-profit organization administered solely by parents and volunteers. All expenses are covered by school fees and donations.

本校組織則分成以下四個部分
The school is organized into 4 groups:

  • 校務部 Academics

  • 家長教師聯誼會 Parent Teacher Association

  • 家長義工 Volunteers

  • 董事會 School Board

校務部 Academics

 

目的在執行學校政策，推動學校運作。校務會成員除了校長之外，另包括以下四組﹕教務、文書、財務、及總務組。每組由一名家長擔任召集人，召集人則另外自行邀請其他家長參與推動校務。

Responsible for administration and setting school policies, it comprises of the principal plus four departments. The four departments are: academic, secretarial, finance, and operations department. Each department is headed by a director who is chosen from student parents. The director then invites other parents to assist in the department’s operations.

家長教師聯誼會 Parent Teacher Association

 

設定此會的目的是在加強家長對教師教學及學校行政的協助，是 個極富彈性的組織。 活動包括提供學校義工、 規劃家長平行教育、 舉辦親子與教師聯誼活動等等。 並由全體家長投票選出家長會長及副家長會長。

the purpose for this association is to foster a means for parents to assist the teachers and participate in the administration of the school. The association is flexible in scope and participates in many school activities. The association provides volunteers to assist in school operations, provides volunteers for room parents, and organizes parent-student-teacher activities. The head of the parent teacher association is elected by all the parents.

係由5-7位董事組成，決定學校政策。董事長由董事推選，董事則由全體家長投票選出，任期三年。

Comprises of 5-7 board members elected by student parents. The Chairperson is elected by the board members. Term of office is 3 years.
