The Miami Chinese Language School is proud to participate in many events throughout the school year. Please click on the links below to enjoy some of the pictures from our most recent events.
Our end-of-semester ceremony in the Coral Gables High School Auditorium followed by a luncheon in the cafeteria was an absolute success! The drama club put on a fabulous performance and the guitar club played both a traditional Chinese song and a rock and roll song popular in the US.
Many of our students won awards and we had 2 VIP's come and speak at our school: Mr. Hsieh of TECO and Mr. Cheng, former ambassador. The luncheon that followed offered many traditional Chinese dishes and everyone ate well!

Halloween was a very festive time at the school with many students dressing in costume.

Many students had the pleasure to participate in a tour of a local food export company. We saw how vegetables are chopped, packaged and sealed.
We saw how beans grow and how they clean and separate them to be packaged. We also saw how tofu was made and got to eat it freah with fresh soy milk!
